Vision for leadership & culture

- What does it feel like to work here?
- What are the people who work here saying about the business?
- How many people are in the business?
- What are the opportunities for people to grow and develop?
- How are you building leadership skills in the business?
- In what roles do you think you best serve the business?
- What is the approach to leadership in the business?
Vision for financial security
Some prompting questions we use to help you think about this:
- What capital do you need and how will you access it?
- What is your appetite for risk?
- What are your thoughts on future ownership?
- Are you looking to sell, float or handover?
- What sort of financial return do you want?
- Do you want ownership when you are no longer working in the business?
Vision for organisation design

- What do your business systems and processes look like?
- How well documented are they?
- How is your business designed to deliver to your customers?
