Regional Prosperity is a financial advisory firm based in Colac, Victoria, with offices in Hamilton, Geelong, Warrnambool and Queenscliff. They work with farming families, business owners and high net worth individuals on financial planning, wealth management and succession. The goal is simple: help clients protect what they have built and pass it on cleanly to the next generation. Advisers live in the towns they serve, so meetings happen in person, on the property, or wherever suits the client.
The firm is led by Kane Leersen, a fifth generation sheep shearer who studied commerce and completed an MBA before moving into financial advice. He built Regional Prosperity around one idea: regional Australians deserve the same calibre of advice as anyone in the city, from people who understand rural and regional life.
