Turn the business you run into the asset you own.
A business that stands on its own is worth more in three ways. One day, in a room of twenty owners, on what it takes to get there.
Enterprise value
What the business is worth when you sell, and what removing owner dependence does to that number.
Sustained dividends
Profit that keeps coming without you in the middle of every decision.
Your time back
The freedom to step back, take the holiday, or simply choose your days.

What you take home.
One day will not change what your business is worth. It will change how clearly you can see it, and what you do on Monday.
- What you want from the business, defined
- Your current owner roles mapped
- Your biggest owner dependency, identified
- A practical sequence for handing over responsibility
- The completed owner’s workbook, yours to keep
- The first move to make when you get back
How the day runs.
- Why stewardship?
Decide what you want from the business
Owning a business and running one are different jobs. Stewards and beneficiaries take different things from the same company, and you’ll see how to design for each.
- Seek role clarity
See every role the business still relies on you to hold
Role ambiguity sits under most of the pain in an owner-run business. You see what handing each role over takes, then the design that separates ownership, organisational leadership and operations.
- Your owner’s vision
Define what has to exist for you to step back
Vision gets complicated as a business matures, so you tie it to your financial needs, your place in the business, and who leads after you.
The presenters.

- You own an established business
- The business still comes back to you
- You want it worth more
- You will work for the day
