Adapt Coach

Zoe Finlay-Jones is a Resilient Business Coach at Adapt. In 1997 she founded Madhouse Bakehouse, a boutique Sydney wholesale bakehouse making premium baked goods for the food industry.

A passion for food got her started, but it was a love of systems that fuelled her. By systemising every part of the business, and with the help of a great coach, she moved from working in it to working on it, and the traction followed.

Over 16 years she built Madhouse into a profitable business with more than 500 customers, national contracts with Qantas, distributors across NSW, VIC and SA, and 20 staff. She sold it in 2013, and it has kept growing since.

Today Zoe helps other owners navigate the complexity of running a business while reaching their own goals. She believes Adapt's trio of coach, method, and platform is everything an SME leader needs, whether the goal is freedom, succession, a sale, or growth.
