Suzanne McGrechan is a Senior Method Designer and Adapt coach. After a decade in the corporate world, she co-founded two businesses: MODAL, an organisational development and learning business, and Cahoots Photos, an online photo-book and design company.
She built, grew, and later sold both. Running those companies gave Suzanne real insight into, and empathy for, the challenges SME owners face, and a genuine passion for supporting them.
She has seen first-hand that most businesses would struggle to hold together without the owner in the middle of everything. At Adapt, Suzanne helps owners design that dependency out, so the business runs without them and they get their time back for what matters, whether the goal is freedom, succession, a sale, or growth.
