She spent 20 years in senior leadership roles at Red Bull, where she held state-level P&L responsibility, led large sales and people teams, and drove capability uplift across leadership, culture, diversity, and performance.
Kim brings deep expertise in executive coaching, leadership development, and behavioural change, translating commercial strategy into sustained human performance. Her work strengthens leadership capability, team effectiveness, and cultural alignment at scale.
