Kez has worked in finance and accounting since 2007 and currently serves as CFO within the technology sector. Over the years, she has worked across a wide range of organisations, from small and medium-sized businesses to large multinational corporations, as well as charitable and not-for-profit organisations.
Her experience spans several industries, including technology, hospitality and tourism, oil and gas, and retail, giving her a broad perspective on the different challenges and opportunities businesses face. In her current role, Kez is responsible for both the strategic and operational aspects of finance, working closely with leadership teams to support planning, decision-making, and sustainable growth.
What Kez enjoys most about finance is the way it brings together people, strategy, and problem-solving. She values building strong working relationships and helping teams make sense of complex information so they can make confident decisions.
Outside of work, Kez enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, exploring new places, learning new things, and getting lost in a good book.
