Gabe is the co-founder and leader of Adapt, helping founder-led businesses reduce dependency, lift leadership capability, and build enterprise value.
Prior to this, Gabe was a three-time founder of businesses in transport and logistics, import-export, and immersive technology. He has led high-impact teams across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, in industries including tech, public safety, and social-impact ventures.
Gabe also had the privilege of helping to build the tech solutions and customer-support infrastructure that served 2 million+ Australians and visitors through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today, Gabe is a Succession Thinking® expert. He works with owners and leaders of privately held businesses to lift their stewardship: to become businesses that are excellent at decision making and leadership, creating safe and motivating environments where their people do their best work.
